Die WHU bietet Bachelor-Studienprogramme in den Bereichen Internationale BWL und Wirtschaftspsychologie sowie Master-Programme in den Bereichen Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship und Business Analytics an. Die englischsprachigen Programme richten sich an Abiturient:innen sowie an Kandidat:innen mit vergleichbarem internationalen Schulabschluss bzw. an Bachelor-Absolvent:innen, die ein Studienprogramm auf höchstem akademischen Niveau mit Praxisbezug und internationaler Erfahrung verbinden möchten.

Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, bist strukturiert und brennst für die Themen Recruiting und Sales? Dann werde Teil unseres hochmotivierten und internationalen Teams und unterstütze uns bei der Rekrutierung herausragender Kandidat:innen für die Bachelor-Programme. Als Manager Recruiting & Admissions bist du Ansprechpartner:in für Bewerber:innen, entwickelst unsere Bewerbungs- und Recruiting-Formate weiter und begleitest deren operative Umsetzung. Außerdem gehören spannende Themen im Sales-Bereich zu deinen Aufgaben.

Die Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet, kann anschließend jedoch verlängert oder entfristet werden.

Ihre Aufgaben

Begleitung und Beratung von Kandidat:innen für die Bachelor-Programme über den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess von Erstkontakt über das Auswahlverfahren bis zum Studienplatzangebot und -vertrag
Teilnahme an Schul- und Hochschulmessen sowie an Events zur Rekrutierung von Studierenden für die Bachelor- und Master-Programme verbunden mit Reisen zu (internationalen) Messen sowie gelegentlicher Wochenendarbeit
Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Umsetzung des Bachelor online- Auswahlverfahrens
Unterstützung des Associate Director Marketing & Admissions bei der Digitalisierung des Recruitings sowie des Auswahlverfahrens
Weiterentwicklung und Organisation von innovativen Recruiting-Formaten on- und off-campus

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in einem relevanten Studienfach bzw. Ausbildungsbereich
Erste Berufserfahrung im Hochschulumfeld und/oder im HR-Bereich, vorzugsweise im Recruiting
Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Organisationstalent sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
Sichere und überzeugende Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift sowohl in deutscher als auch in englischer Sprache
Sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Pakets und Affinität zu CRM-Systemen, wie z.B. Salesforce
Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit Betrachtung sowohl des Details als auch des ‚Big Picture'

WHU offers Bachelor Programs in International Management and Business Psychology as well as Master Programs in Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Business Analytics.The English-taught programs are targeting qualified and committed high-school graduates respectively Bachelor graduates who are looking for an excellent and international business education.

You enjoy interacting with people, working in a structured way and you are passionate about recruiting and customer relationship management? If so, you could be a great fit for our highly dedicated and international team and support us in recruiting motivated students from around the world. As Manager Recruiting & Admissions you will manage the candidate journey and take our recruitment operations to the next level. Exciting projects in the field of sales will complement your tasks.

This position is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential to become extended or permanent.

Your mission

Guide prospective Bachelor students through the complete application lifecycle – from first contact over screening application documents to offering a study place
Represent the Bachelor and Master Programs at recruiting events as well as fairs and schools in Germany and worldwide (this requires traveling as well as occasionally working on weekends)
Support in the organization and operations of the online admission process for the Bachelor programs
Support the Associate Director Marketing & Admissions in the further digitilization of the recruiting and admission processes
Develop and implement innovative sales and recruiting formats

Your profile

Relevant educational background, preferably in business or communications
First work experience, preferably in the field of higher education and/or Human Resources
Ability to work independently and in a structured way with an outstanding service orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
Strong knowledge of MS Office programs; Experience with resp. strong passion for CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce, is of advantage
Comfortable in both working in detail and understanding the big picture
