WHU invites applications for the part-time position (30hrs/week) of a Manager (f/m/d) for our International Relations Office located at WHU Campus Vallendar, to start as soon as possible. The International Relations Office is a committed and flexible team, which organizes and supervises student exchange activities between WHU and its more than 220 partner universities.
This position is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential to become extended.

General information
Your mission
- The employee will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the International Relations Office
- Coordination of exchange programs with international partner universities
- Advising and supporting for incoming and outgoing exchange students throughout the entire exchange cycle
- Organization and coordination of the online Bachelor European Summer Program
- Cooperation with the immigration authorities in Koblenz regarding residence permits for international exchange students
- Administrative support for Erasmus+ activities and the organization of the on-site MBA European Summer Program
- Responsible for additional exchange-related tasks and projects, such as the development and maintenance of a Moodle page for exchange students
Your profile
- Completed university degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Relevant professional experience, ideally in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills combined with a strong service-oriented mindset
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in German and excellent proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently in a proactive and structured manner, even under pressure
- Proven intercultural competence (e.g. through studies or professional experience abroad)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
