General information

The Chair of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technological Transformation invites applications (f/m/d) for a 70% position of Research Assistant/Doctoral Student (f/m/d) located at WHU Campus Vallendar (starting date as soon as possible).

Your mission

  • You will support the strategic collaboration between the WHU Entrepreneurship Center and the Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) Koblenz
  • You will conduct research activities on the topic of data-driven entrepreneurship
  • You will be an engaged member of the WHU Entrepreneurship Center
  • You have the option to conduct a PhD at the Chair of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technological Transformation

Your profile

  • You are fluent in speaking and writing German 
  • You have an excellent MSc degree in Management, Business Psychology, Business Engineering, or Data Science and you are interested in the topic of entrepreneurship
  • You have an interest in applying data analytics, machine learning and/or generative AI for research activities
  • You have at least basic experience with Python or similar coding languages
  • You are experienced in quantitative research methods (for instance, you have conducted a quantitative study for your MSc thesis)
