Zum 01.08.2025 oder 01.08.2026 bieten wir einen Ausbildungsplatz zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration an – in einem spannenden und praxisnahen Umfeld mit echten Entwicklungschancen.
Ihre Aufgaben
Folgende Lerninhalte warten auf dich:
Planung, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken
Installation und Administration von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
Analyse und Behebung von Systemstörungen im Rahmen des Supports (1st und 2nd Level)
Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen
Dokumentation von Systemprozessen und Erstellung von Benutzeranleitungen
Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Rechten und Zugriffsberechtigungen
Durchführung regelmäßiger Wartungsarbeiten und Systemupdates
Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und bei der Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen und mobilen Geräten
Unterstützung bei der Absicherung von Netzwerken und Daten (IT-Sicherheit)
Analyse von Fehlermeldungen und Anwendung systematischer Störungsbeseitigung
Einsatz von Skripten und Tools zur Automatisierung von Standardaufgaben
Ihr Profil
Mindestens mittlerer Schulabschluss mit guten Leistungen in Mathematik, Informatik und Englisch
Interesse an IT-Systemen, Netzwerktechnik und technischen Zusammenhängen
Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative
Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Bereich durch Praktika oder private Projekte von Vorteil

Starting on August 1, 2025 or August 1, 2026, we’re offering an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist (f/m/d) in System Integration – in an exciting, hands-on environment with real opportunities for growth.
Your mission
What you will learn with us:
Planning, configuring, and commissioning IT systems and networks
Installing and administering hardware and software components
Analyzing and resolving system malfunctions within the scope of support (1st and 2nd level)
Contributing to IT projects and implementing customer requirements
Documenting system processes and creating user manuals
Assisting with the management of user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Performing regular maintenance work and system updates
Supporting the setup and maintenance of IT workstations and mobile devices
Assisting in securing networks and data (IT security)
Analyzing error messages and systematically troubleshooting issues
Using scripts and tools to automate standard tasks
Your profile
At least a secondary school diploma with good grades in mathematics, computer science, and English
Interest in IT systems, network technology, and technical interrelations
Analytical thinking skills and a structured, independent way of working
Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and initiative
Initial experience in the IT field through internships or personal projects is an advantage
