Your mission
- You support Utz Schäffer as a reliable and competent assistant with foresight.
- You keep track of the institute’s wide range of activities and serve as a central point of contact for our internal and external partners.
- You coordinate the recruitment of doctoral candidates and non-academic staff.
Your profile
- A professional and confident demeanour with a very good command of German and English is essential.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, coupled with a high degree of independence and team spirit.
- High level of self-motivation, flexibility and commitment.
- Very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
