Die WHU sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt am Standort Vallendar oder Standort Düsseldorf einen Associate Director Content & Creation (w/m/d) im Bereich Marketing in Vollzeit. Die Marketingabteilung der WHU ist verantwortlich für die Positionierung der Hochschule als eine der besten Hochschulen in Europa. Die Teams bestehen aus Experten in relevanten Marketingbereichen, die mit Leidenschaft und einem hohen Exzellenzanspruch Marketingmaßnahmen entwickeln und umsetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Entwickeln von Strategien im Bereich Content & Creation mit dem Director Marketing
Übersetzung der Strategie in hochwertigen, kreativen Output für die verschiedene Kanäle und Kundengruppen
Teamführung und -entwicklung der Experten in dem Bereich
Entwickeln eigener Ideen, Fördern von kreativen Ideen im Team, konstruktives Feedback zu Kreationen geben und Qualitätschecks durchführen
Übersicht über Quellen für Inhalte erlangen und ausbauen
Enge Abstimmung mit den anderen Marketingbereichen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder ähnliche Qualifikation in einem relevanten Fachgebiet
Berufs- und Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, PR
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Überzeugungskraft
Eine Kundenorientierte Perspektive, lösungsorientiert und umsetzungsstark
Hoher Qualitätsanspruch sowie ein starkes Gespür für Design, Text und Visuals
Selbständige, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

General information

WHU is looking for a full-time Associate Director Content & Creation (f/m/d) in the Marketing department at the Vallendar or Düsseldorf campus as soon as possible. WHU's marketing department is responsible for positioning the School as one of the best business schools in Europe. The teams consist of experts in relevant marketing areas who develop and implement marketing measures with passion and a high standard of excellence.

Your mission

Developing strategies in the area of content & creation with the Director Marketing
Translating the strategy into high-quality, creative output for the various channels and customer groups
Team management and continuous development of the experts in the field
Developing own ideas, promoting creative ideas in the team, giving constructive feedback on creations and carrying out quality checks
Gaining and expanding an overview of content sources
Close coordination with the other marketing units

Your profile

Degree or similar qualification in a relevant field
Professional and management experience, preferably in marketing, communications, PR
Very good communication skills and persuasiveness
A customer-oriented perspective, solution-oriented and strong implementation skills
High quality standards and a strong sense of design, text and visuals
Independent, proactive and structured way of working
